We want to make sure that our clients have all the information that they need, so please don't hesitate to call or
e-mail us if you have any questions that are not answered here.
How much will my t-shirt order cost?
There are a number of variables that come into play when we are pricing your order. The biggest factors affecting
price are: Quantity of pieces ordered, number of ink colors needed for your design, number of print locations for each
piece, and the type of garment that you want to screenprint on.
Quantity and price are directly related. Keep in mind that it takes the same amount of time and effort for us to set up the
press to print one piece as it does for us to print 1000 pieces of the same design. Once we have the press set up for
your design we can print as many pieces as needed. The cost of the press/artwork set up must be spread out over your
entire order. The larger your order the better the pricing.
How long will it take The Graphic Zone.ca to produce my order?
This depends on a number of factors, but the quick answer is 5-7 working days after we have your approval on the design
artwork and a 50% deposit on the order.
On some specailty garments that need to be ordered we may need to adjsut the production time in order to account for
shipping time to our facililty. Please also note that production time does not take into account shipping time to your location
(if required). When you place your order we will provide you with a realistic expectation of production lead time.
What if I have a design idea, but no actual artwork for the design?
No problem! The Graphic Zone.ca design team specializes in creating unique, professional and one of a kind designs for
our clients. If you can think of it we can turn it into a great looking design for you.
What type of artwork files can I submit for my design?
Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe (.pdf), vector based file formats (.eps - encapsulated post script) are
the preferred file types. We can also use .jpg or .gif files if you are submitting hand drawn artwork or a design
that is only going to be printed in one ink color.
Vector based file formats allow us to adjust the files for optimized screenprinting results.
What types of fabrics can you screenprint on?
We can screenprint on just about any type of fabric.
Depending on the type of fabric we utilize specialized screenprinting products and techniques in order to get the best results.
